Firstly I've tried a 30 min Reiki session with Alla. I felt completely different afterwards. I felt light, inspired, like nothing could bother me, that I see a bigger picture of the World. I received my first Reiki session from Alla and it was amazing! Alla redirected positive energy into my body. I saw a wide array of colours. Each color meant something different. Alla went over what each colour meant after my session. She is great at what she does and very knowledgeable! Some people may not believe in Reiki because it is not a change you can measure, but something that you feel. I felt lighter and felt my digestive system settling intensely even after my session. My stomach was bubbling for hours. I would recommend Alla's therapeutic Reiki sessions. It was so relaxing!!

I had pain in my joints. After the first Reiki session with Alla I was drinking lots of water the entire day because I felt very thirsty.
